Perfect for 1–2 guests. ★ Bedroom: king size bed with a soft, comfortable imported mattress (not the hard mattresses often found in Thailand), quality bed linen, closet, hangers and room-darkening curtains for a good night's sleep. ★ Balcony on the 14th floor with outdoor furniture and an open view over the city and Doi Suthep mountain on the right, where the sun sets every evening. ★ Smoking and vaping are allowed on the balcony only. ★ Work & entertainment: 1 Gb fiber wifi + Ethernet port, 45" HDTV with Netflix, HBO Max and premium cable. ★ Kitchen: refrigerator with freezer, electric stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee, cooking basics, dishes, silverware and wine glasses. ★ Bathroom: hot shower, hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel and body soap. 2 large and 2 small towels provided. ★Pool towels are provided at the swimming pool. ★ Laundry: washing machine in the unit, drying rack, iron and ironing board. ★ Cleanliness: the suite is cleaned by our cleaning team, and all bed linen and towels are washed by a professional laundry service. ★ Split-type air conditioning and smoke alarm. ★ Crib and baby high chair available on request after booking Guest access The whole apartment is yours, not shared. Self check-in with a lockbox, any time after 3 pm. Luggage drop-off is possible before check-in or after check-out for a small fee. Other things to note Check-in: any time after 3 pm (earlier on request, when there is no check-out that day). Check-out: before 12 noon. Getting around: • Night Bazaar: 10 min walk • 7-Eleven, cafés and restaurants: just across the street • Tha Phae Gate / Old City: 5-10 min by car • Nimman Road: 15 min by car • Airport: about 15 min by car Grab taxis and tuk tuk are easy to book from the building entrance. House rules: • No smoking or vaping inside the apartment — balcony only. A 5,000 THB disinfection fee applies if the rule is not respected. • No durian in the building. • Lost key card: 1,500 THB per card. • Lost bluetooth parking remote: 5,000 THB • Please keep noise down at night out of respect for the neighbours. • The rooftop pool is closed on the 17th of each month for cleaning. Families: a crib and a high chair are available on request — please ask just after booking. • If you come by car, let me know after booking so I can provide you with the Bluetooth remote to access the private parking.
