Clean room with two twin beds for friends or even single travelers. One bathroom and a fully stocked kitchen. This apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. Close to the train into Manhattan, many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. 15 minutes from Barclays center, Atlantic Terminal and many other attractions. The space This is a shared space, the bathrooms and kitchen are cleaned daily by our house manager. There is one other bed room in the apartment. Guest access The bedroom is private for your use, there is a lockable door on both the bedroom and apartment doors. The living room features a sofa, coffee table and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kitchen supplies. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and tub/shower. During your stay I will be available by text or via the airbnb app whenever needed. Upon check in our house manager will provide you with his contact information to communicate with him for any on site and immediate issues. Other things to note We do not provide toiletries or toilet paper for stays longer than 3 weeks. We have a strict no smoking and no gathering policy, any of these rules broken will result in being asked to leave and your security deposit will be forfeited.
