The space We have just constructed this new apartment ADU featuring maple hardwood floors, vaulted ceilings with beautiful beams, pleasant seaside paint and artwork, and clean white color finishes coupled with custom cabinetry in the bedroom, kitchen, and desk area. The apartment is completely private, it has its own entrance and is located in a secluded quiet neighborhood that is conveniently located just minutes away to downtown Santa Barbara, Goleta, local beaches and mountain hikes. You enter the bedroom through a beautiful sliding barn door, it has a queen-size bed and built in custom window/closet/drawers in the bedroom and custom carriage doors. It features a 47" flat-screen TV with included Wifi, Netflix, Prime, YouTube TV, utilities, and best of all, air conditioning, a rare amenity in Santa Barbara. We are very proud of our fully appointed brand new kitchen with a full size refrigerator, four-burner gas stove/oven, microwave, and marble countertops (note the amazing backsplash in the photos). The bathroom has a high ceiling with exposed structural beams and porcelain tile finishes, custom herringbone tiled shower with multi-colored pebble flooring and a glass shower door. The washer and dryer are shared with very cool landlords (my wife and me), just open one door and you are in the laundry room. All cleaning supplies and equipment is provided for your use. All kitchenware, linens, bedding, and towels are provided, we have prepared it so you are ready to move in and best of all, it's clean, new, fresh and not at all frumpy. Guest access You will have access to your newly built one bedroom one bath apartment with full kitchen, basketball court and hot tub. The use of the trampoline, however, is prohibited.
