The space When you arrive at the complex, find your way to building 7, and then head up the stairs to get your vacation started! Use your Keyless Access code to enter the door and be greeted by the stunning living area. The living room offers comfortable seating so that your whole party can kick back and relax after a long day on the beach. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Large Flat-screen TV with cable service. The new couch also converts to a queen sleeper sofa for an extra sleeping arrangement. Step out onto the private balcony and soak in the amazing ocean view while sipping on a cup of coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the afternoons! The well-appointed kitchen is adjacent to the living room. Complete with stainless steel appliances and all your basic cooking needs, you will be able to whip up meals for your family like a master chef. The hallway gives you access to both bedrooms and a full shared bath that offers a shower/tub combo. While standing in the hall, to your left you will find the Primary Suite which is complete with a Double bed, Flat Screen TV, and private bath with a glass shower stall. The Primary Suite also offers access to the beachside deck The second bedroom is located at the other end of the hall and offers a double bed and flat-screen TV. This condo also comes equipped with community wifi access so you can stay connected while you are miles and miles away! Located in North Topsail Beach, the Topsail Reef Condos complex offers private access to the beach from each building and tennis courts for those who want to indulge in some recreational competition. Unit 380 has been recently renovated and is ready to welcome guests who want to enjoy a peaceful week at the beach. Other things to note Unit 380 is located on the third floor and can only be accessed by stairs There are 2 parking passes for free parking of 2 vehicles There are 2 on-site laundry facilities located on premises for your convenience, between buildings 2 & 3 and 6 & 7 Please note there are sand bags on the property to help preserve our beach. Walking on the sand bags will result in a fine. **Please note that the recent hurricanes that have hit NC have impacted our beach. There is currently very limited access to the beach from our property. You will still be able to enjoy the gorgeous ocean views but may need to drive a little further south for better access as our beaches are being restored.
