A few steps away is the crescent-shaped black sand beach Playa La Nea and within a few minutes walk, you are at the Radazul marina with its bars, restaurants, scuba dive centres, and water sports activities. The space This three-bedroom apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children. Open-plan living and dining room Walk into the bright and elegantly decorated open-plan living and dining room. There's a solid oak dining table and six chairs with a glass hanging pendant light for intimate evening meals. The living area has sliding doors that lead to the terrace with spectacular views and sounds of the ocean. There is a 4-seater sofa, an art deco lamp, coffee tables, and a Smart TV. Kitchen Solid wood worktops, breakfast bar with two stalls, and all the kitchen equipment you could need to make delicious home-cooked meals. In the kitchen you'll find: • Dishwasher • Oven • Electric stove • Moka pot for coffee • Kettle • Toaster • Fridge-freezer • Cutlery, utensils, plates, and bowls • Cups and glasses • Frying pans and saucepans • Hand blender • Set of crockery and cutlery for children • Juicer and more. The walk-in utility room has a washing machine and cleaning supplies should you need them during your stay. Terrace You can access the terrace via the kitchen, living room and main bedroom. Enjoy some of the most spectacular sunrises on the island. Dine outdoors at the dining table or lounge the afternoon away in the comfortable seating area. There is an awning so you can enjoy time on the terrace with protection from the sun if you want it. You will want to spend a lot of time on the terrace with its gorgeous views of the ocean and (almost always) guaranteed sunshine. If you prefer to lounge on the beach, the black sand beach Playa La Nea is just 30 meters away (you can see it from the terrace!). There you can also enjoy a refreshing cold drink from the solar-powered beach bar on the beach. Main bedroom Silent, spacious and serene with ocean views and access to the terrace. Sleep peacefully in the double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) with a firm mattress, 100% cotton bed linen and bedside tables with reading lights. External light-blocking blinds on the sliding doors that open up to the terrace. Store your belongings in the open dressing room area with built-in wardrobes that separate the bedroom from the ensuite bathroom. There is also a safe for your valuables. En-suite bathroom A modern ensuite with a walk-in shower, toilet and large sink. Twin bedroom I Twin beds (90 cm x 200cm) with bedside tables, reading lights, and space to store your personal belongings. The beds can be pushed together for couples or arranged separately. External light-blocking blinds, firm mattresses and 100% cotton linen for restful nights. Twin bedroom II / Home office This bedroom is ideal for children or can be used as a peaceful home office. Single bed (80 cm x 200cm) with an additional pull-out bed for children, nightstand, floor standing lamp, dedicated workspace and built-in wardrobes. External light-blocking blinds and 100% cotton linen. Main bathroom Shower over the bathtub, toilet and sink with space to store your personal belongings. Guest access The entire apartment, terrace and private underground parking space will be yours for the duration of your stay. Other things to note CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in time is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. ONLINE CHECK-IN BEFORE ARRIVAL In accordance with the current Vacation Rental Decree (Spanish law), we kindly request all guests to submit their ID prior to arrival. TOWELS, LINEN AND PROFESSIONAL CLEANING The apartment is always professionally cleaned between guests and maintained to a high standard. We provide all bed linen and 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 beach towel per guest and 1 hand towel and bath mat for each bathroom. To request a change of towels and bed linen during your stay of 7 days or more, please send us a message. MID-STAY CLEANING Mid-stay cleaning is available at €20 an hour (minimum 3 hours). Send us a message if you would like us to arrange this for you. PARKING Underground parking is available for free. FAMILIES We warmly welcome families travelling with infants and offer a baby pack on request to help you travel lightly and comfortably. Our baby pack includes a travel cot with a bottom sheet and a highchair, and it is available for €30 per reservation. Please let us know if you require this, and we'll be happy to assist you.
