House in the meadows

Enjoy the spacious vacation home on three floors, 150 m², with friends and family. The central location in the middle of the meadows of the Upper Allgäu Valley offers you an ideal starting point for your vacation activities... Bike tours with the racing bike or MTB, swimming fun on the gravel banks of the Iller or at the Baggersee (only about 500 m), the cross-country ski trail right outside the front door (about 100 m), in 30 minutes in all Upper Allgäu ski areas and starting places for paragliding with landing at the house possible. The space Through the entrance area you reach the cozy living and dining area on the lower floor. Take a seat at the large dining table and enjoy a delicious meal or a glass of wine with your loved ones on the two comfortable sofas. From here you have direct access to the terrace where you can end an eventful day in the sun. A well-equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room offers you the opportunity to spend cozy hours there. A guest toilet is also located on this floor. On the 2nd floor there are two bedrooms each with a double bed. In one of the bedrooms there is a large wardrobe for your vacation wardrobe. A bathroom with a washbasin and separate toilet, a small hallway and an extra rest/play room, which can be used as an additional bedroom with a sofa bed, complete this area. Like the second floor, this floor is separated from the hallway and offers a small separate area. On the 2nd floor you will find a spacious bedroom with a double bed, seating and a sofa. Also on this floor there is a small bathroom with shower and toilet. (Since the shower is located in the roof slope, the room height must be taken into account here). The house is equipped with new and also "vintage" furniture with charm. Other things to note The house is a non-smoking house and does not allow pets. Linens and 1 set of towels are included in the rental price. Please note that the corresponding visitor's tax is due on site in addition to the stated booking price.
