Bedroom offers comfort and set up so the 2nd living area is mostly for this unit. Kitchenette with full sized frig., toaster over, microwave and counter space. Home is shared by others but are longer stays and respectful of guests and the common areas. Outdoors with open and covered porches. Separate area for smoking. All common areas indoors Other guests are mostly longer term and able to assist with some questions. Host and Co-host are on premises but not in the house itself for questions and assistance.
