This is our much-loved family beach house in Pringle Bay. It is a bright and sunny home, situated on the front row with beautiful sea views. The beach is a very short walk over the dunes. The space The main upstairs living area has an open-plan kitchen, living and dining area that opens onto a large balcony. The balcony has magnificant views over False Bay and is the perfect spot for watching the sunset. It is sheltered from the prevailing south-easterly wind and has a large Weber kettle braai as well as a Weber gas braai. Leading off from the living area are three bedrooms. The main bedroom is sea-facing, while the other two are on the road side facing the mountains. Downstairs is one large open-plan room that is great for kids. It has a queen bed and two double bunk beds. Guest access The storeroom is off limits, but the rest of the house is yours. Other things to note Please bring your own beach towels. Other than that, almost every thing you need is in the house. Daily cleaning during your stay is not included. If you require extra cleaning, our property manager can arrange a cleaner. Please pay him/her directly. For longer stays, the linen will be changed and the house cleaned weekly. No pets allowed.
