Magnificent House for 18 Pool and Paddle Court

La Caprichosa is an open-plan, country-style house with a beautiful garden and pool. It features a waterfall, hammocks, a bar, a paddle tennis court, space for 18 guests plus 4 more on futons, an outdoor grill, and a palapa. The house is excellent, offering a combination of spaces perfect for a great family weekend, a getaway with friends, or simply cooking and relaxing after a pool party. The most outstanding areas are the palapa, a living room for 9, a bar, and a dining room for 14. The space What makes this space spectacular is the combination of the spacious garden design, the warm climate, and great company. It's interesting to see how each guest uses the house differently; everyone has their own special way of enjoying it. Many of our guests come to have a good time, some to play padel and badminton tournaments, others to relax after visiting nearby gardens or haciendas, and most enjoy cooking on the grill and soaking up the sun. Important Notes: -The base price is for 7 guests. If you wish to add guests, each extra person costs $840. -Ask about our rates for events. -Cleaning service is required: $500 pesos per day. -Kitchen service is optional but highly recommended: $500 pesos per day. Thanks to our guests' feedback: - We separated the service kitchen from the main kitchen for greater privacy. The refrigerator, pantry, and stove are for the exclusive use of guests; the caretakers have their own kitchen area. - We improved the hot water heating and distribution system for the showers. - We renovated our outdoor living room.
