The space The apartment is 1 bedroom with 2 queen size bed, full kitchen, living room, Lundry inside, balcony and 1 full bathroom. The building has many amenities like pool, gym, barbecue area, play area and more. Guest access You will access the whole place. BBQ Rules. Here are the rules for The BBQ reservations are free, there is no charge at all. Each reservation is for 2 hours. You may pick your reservation time between noon and 8pm every day. Meaning you may choose from any of the following times: 12pm to 2pm/2pm to 4pm/4pm to 6pm or 6pmto 8pm. Again, this is free of charge. However, if you want to have a gathering, then you need to make a “special reservation” that has a $100.00 fee. This is when you want to have exclusive use of the entire area (BBQ 1 & BBQ 2), all day for your special event. Otherwise, we cannot stop other unit owners/residents/renters making reservations and be “mixed” with your guests and enjoy your party.
