Functional and warm gîte where you will have a pleasant time with family or friends in a quiet and relaxing environment in the heart of the countryside. 5000 m2 park with heated swimming pool open from May to October (if weather is good) and various play and relaxation areas. Close to Rochefort, Sugères, Saint Jean d'Angély, La Rochelle, Marais Poitevin. Possibility to book the other 2 cottages for 4 and 8 people. The space Cottage composed of a living room with equipped kitchen, sitting-dining area with TV. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms with FANS (one with a 140 cm bed and the other with 1 140 cm bed and 2 90 cm beds) (baby equipment loan), bathroom with toilet. No air conditioning, but FANS in all bedrooms. Exterior: 🌳private gardens with garden furniture 5000 m² plot: gives free rein to various activities (outdoor games, or simply relaxation). Not to mention its 🏊‍♂️heated🌡 and secure swimming pool, open from May to September (weather permitting). Shared with the 2 other lodgings. We live in a hamlet with neighbors. Nighttime noise is PROHIBITED. 🐕‍🦺Pets accepted UNDER CONDITIONS (to be discussed with the owners BEFORE your reservation): €30/stay/pet. (Dogs must be kept on a leash.) Each owner must take responsibility and pick up their pet's waste. Unfenced property. Please note that dogs must remain only in the area reserved for the gites. ANY STAY FOR A PET MUST BE BOOKED BEFORE YOUR ARRIVAL! Other things to note In order to respect the tranquility of everyone (guests, owners, and the neighborhood), we kindly ask that you read and respect the rules available in the gîtes. ⚠️WARNING!!! NO PARTIES IN THE EVENING! We live in a hamlet with neighbors. Noisy behavior at night is PROHIBITED. We do not allow parties such as bachelor and bachelorette parties or large birthday parties. Check-out: 10 AM in July and August and during the Christmas holidays 3 pm from September to June The cottage must be left in a RESPECTABLY CLEAN condition! ANSWERS TO FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS: - COFFEE MAKERS: 1 filter coffee maker + 1 Tassimo in each gîte. - HOUSEHOLD LINEN: Yes, sheets are provided and the beds will be made upon your arrival. You will also have bath towels. Pool towels are provided free of charge for one-week stays. For weekends, they are optional at €5/towel. - CLEANING/DISHWASHING KIT: In each cottage, you will find the essentials = 1 dish towel, 1 sponge, hand washing up liquid, 1 dishwasher tablet, cleaning products, and a cleaning wipe. OUTDOOR GAMES: For each game, balls, boules balls, pucks, rackets and balls/shuttles are at your disposal.
