Expansive Lakefront View Beach House

Our beach house is newly updated with renovations. Designed to bring the family together with expansive lake views over a large entertaining deck. It features; a light flooded North facing open lounge and dining area, a new Euro wood heater for colder months, new smart TV, Xbox One, Coffee machine, Pet Friendly, with a 1 min walk to Lake Victoria and Pelican Bay, 10 min walk to the National Park, 5 min drive to 90 mile beach and a fishing & water sports heaven! The space Main bedroom (queen bed) and kids bunk beds upstairs (4 single beds), with seperate large queen bedroom (queen bed) downstairs, accessed via external stairs. All bedrooms and living areas have lake views. Full kitchen and BBQ facilities. Single Bathroom and laundry is centrally located between all adjoining rooms (upstairs in central house) with privacy locking doors where applicable. Other things to note Guests are required to bring their own towels, bed linen and doona covers for their stay please Doonas, pillows, blankets, tea towels are provided. Wifi access to NBN connection is available. Xbox One Game console and games are provided for guest use in the main living, during your stay A complimentary book library is provided in the 3rd bedroom bookshelf during your stay. A Saeco Coffee machine is provided for guest use during your stay. ground coffee is provided for guest use. The double bedroom downstairs is accessible via external stairs to the main house.
