Description

Newly renovated beachfront bungalow with a captivating direct unobstructed (100 foot) oceanfront view. (note, directly in front of house is a rock wall - not beach.) Crowd-free public beach nearby & private bay right outside your door. Great location for star-gazing at night & beautiful ocean view sunrises & sunsets. Perfect location for fishing, kayaking, boating, bicycling & other beachside activities. Catch shrimp from the gulf & hook up in the bay only footsteps away. Outdoor Shower The space Our place is a post-war bungalow that's perfect for those who want to relax and take it easy. There are windows along the entire front of the home that offer an amazing view of the ocean. The master bedroom has three of those windows and so you can wake up to watch the stunning sunrise. Guest access The property is made up of three lots that stretch from the oceanfront lot with the house on it, though to the bay. We have some aqua colored chairs out there for you to take in the gorgeous sunsets. Other things to note Please be aware: the street and beach in front of the house were impacted by Hurricane Michael in 2018 and fortunately they repaired the road! Unfortunately, that means that beach access directly in front of the house is difficult - if not impossible due to large boulders to protect the road. Additionally, although the area is called Alligator Point, it is named that because of the shape of the island and not because there's a ton of alligators or crocodiles. While they are not common, we still recommend that you inspect the shoreline of the bay lot before you venture close the water. However, you do need to be on the lookout for the local bears. They have established themselves in the area because of the easy access to the trash bins. It is very important that you keep the bin locked and not leave any kind of food outside, even if it's in a cooler. The fence will not hinder a curious and hungry bear if they're enticed!
