The kitchen has a full range of basic kitchen appliances, kitchenware, sink, refrigerator and much more for you to use. Guest access Within our fence, you can enjoy the comforts we have provided. Follow the general rules. Do not damage the furniture, appliances, or facilities. Help keep the place clean. Do not allow outsiders to enter the back of the house or the storage room. Other things to note There is a security deposit of 5,000 baht at check-in and will be refunded at check-out if nothing is damaged. Fully equipped kitchen gas stove, plates, cups, bowls, glasses, spoons, spatula, pans, pots, rice cooker, ladle rice cooker, refrigerator, microwave, grill (Guests bring their own seasonings) General house rules : Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. If you do not inform us in advance and bring pets into the house, there will be a fine of 5000 baht. : If a fancy inflatable toy is broken, punctured or damaged, there will be a fine of 1,000 baht for a small one and 1,500 baht for a large one. : Do not move items that should not be moved, such as TVs, speakers, refrigerators, wardrobes, dressing tables, kitchen appliances, heavy items that may cause damage, etc. A fine of 500 baht per item or according to the damage incurred. : Do not bring food, snacks or anything that causes contamination into the swimming pool. Do not play or do any activities that cause danger in the swimming pool. Do not let children play in the swimming pool alone. An adult must supervise. : Do not leave trash or dirty food lying around. Keep it in a tightly tied garbage bag. And wash the dishes every time before checking out because ants and unwanted insects will enter the house and cause a nuisance. : In the event that more people come to use the house than agreed upon in the booking, please call or chat immediately. There will be a fine of 1000 baht per person for extra guests. : Do not bring drugs into the house. In all cases, if we find that drugs are being used, we will ask you to leave the house immediately.
