It features a bedroom with air conditioning, a spacious walk-in closet with mirror, a private bathroom, and a large living room with an integrated kitchen and a large Smart TV screen. You will be able to access your Netflix, Disney+, and other accounts without any issue, thanks to a good quality internet connection (20 MB). The kitchen is fully equipped; all appliances are new. Tableware is provided in sufficient quantity for two people, but it can also comfortably accommodate two additional visitors. The washing machine is discreetly installed under the staircase leading to the rooftop. The latter is accessible, although currently not equipped. For your information: Included in the rental fee: Wi-Fi internet, cleaning upon check-in and check-out. Washing machine available for your personal laundry and household linen (towels, kitchen cloths, etc.). Gardener and pool maintenance included. For stays of less than 8 nights, no mid-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 8 nights or more, one cleaning per week is offered during your stay, with a sheet change, but no towel change. Additional conditions, - Electricity consumption not included: The meter will be checked upon your arrival and departure. Only the kilowatt consumption will be charged, based on the current local rate (14.95 pesos or 0.30 USD per kW), and payment is collected in cash upon check-out. - Check-in and check-out inventory: To ensure the villa is well maintained, a team of 2 to 3 people will carry out a quick inspection of the property, including bedding, utensils, and appliances. Any lost or damaged items will be charged in cash at check-out. Our goal is to keep the property in perfect condition for the well-being of all our guests. It is prohibited to bring speakers and play loud music. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest. Thank you for your understanding and enjoy your stay!
