Summer House London, home-from-home in leafy suburban South London; charming, welcoming, eclectic style; quiet residential area, short walk to transport network. Enjoy a bright airy single loft room with private ensuite bathroom (with shower), comfy single bed, wooden furniture (inc. folding chair & table), rail, drink-making facilities, mini fridge, microwave, towels, hairdryer, international adapters, USB ports, and FREE on street parking. Check-in evenings Mon-Thurs; early available Fri-Sun. The space Expect to be greeted by Oliver the cat, he has a nose for new guests! Summer House has one ensuite guest bedroom on the second floor (up two flights of stairs) and three guest bedrooms located on the first floor of the house. Please bring only small to medium luggage as it must be carried up lots of stairs! All guest rooms have comfortable beds, adequate storage, full-length mirror, a range of reading material, real plants, ornaments, wooden floors, natural bed linen, drink-making facilities, mini fridge, microwave, hairdryer, bedside lamps, international adapters and USB ports. TV available on request. The bedrooms are intended for guests visiting London on holiday/ vacation. The front garden has several steps leading up to the front door, lots of flowers, and is a work in progress! I live on site and occupy the other room on the second floor in the loft space. Sometimes my grandchildren come to stay along with other family members and friends. Guest access Guests have access to their room and the front garden. The room is equipped with a mini fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery, and is suitable for storing and preparing light meals and snacks . Guests do not have direct access to the washing machine, but may request to have laundry done, this is subject to a charge for all stays. Due to allergies, strawberries and strawberry products are banned from the house and grounds. During your stay Guests can contact me by text or messaging services, which I will answer when I am available. During the stay, guests are added to a group chat. Other things to note Laundry is charged at £15 per 5kg load, a drying rack will be available for drying the items in the guest's room. Guest bedrooms are cleaned before and after stays; guests may clean their own rooms between these times as desired. Guests staying for more than two weeks will be offered a change of bed linen and towels; and can request additional room cleaning subject to a £30 charge. Use of a cot or an extra put up bed is subject to a charge of £30; and a daily charge for the extra guest.
