Welcome! The apartment has lots of living space, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two dedicated workspaces (one in a bedroom). Half-block from main avenue in San Borja, with tons of shops, restaurants, and bus lines. A 15-minute walk from La Rambla, the National Museum, and National Theater. A 20-minute taxi ride to Miraflores and Barranco, the best places for night life (without having to endure the noise!). The space Large kitchen, separate laundry area (includes washer, detergent, and drying rack). Great for longer stays too! Perfect for a family vacation or for a couple or friends who want to be able to enjoy Lima (and even be able to remote-work if needed)! We have a 3-night minimum on AirBnB but can provide a special offer of a 2-night option if you message us. Guest access The apartment is fully yours for the days of your booking. It is located in the second floor, with its own private entrance. If you are driving, there is free street parking right outside our building. If you are interested in paid parking on premise, please let us know in advance. We can include the price in the total AirBnB fee in advance of booking. Other things to note We live part-time in Lima and rent our apartment when we are not in Peru. Please treat the space like your own!
