This condo is only one mile east of downtown Palm Springs, allowing you to easily reach the wonderful restaurants, shops, art galleries, and nightlife all along Palm Canyon and Indian Canyon Drive on foot, by bike, or by car. You'll be one mile from the Palm Springs Convention Center and Agua Caliente Spa and Casino, and a quick drive from dozens of world-class golf courses in the area. If you're looking for an unforgettable desert view, be sure to visit Indian Canyons (five miles south) and the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway (seven miles west). Dogs are welcome on a case by case basis, for an additional pet fee and cleaning fee. Please note that Vacation Rental unit operators may impose their own occupancy limits as long as they do not exceed the City’s. - Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom. - Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view and must be in proper containers for the purpose of collection by the collectors and between the hours of five a.m. and eight p.m. on scheduled trash collection days. - Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the Vacation Rental or other regulations.
