The perfect place for a wonderful vacation on Lake Como! The house, with stunning lake and mountain views, air conditioning and soundproofing, two terraces and private garden, is a 15-minute walk/bus/taxi ride from the lakefront and the historic center: the perfect solution to fully experience the magic and romance of the lake surrounded by greenery! Free parking on the street is few meters from the apartment; private covered parking available upon request and availability (15 euro daily). The space Located at Via Torno number 76, with a splendid view of Lake Como and the mountains, our apartment, with two large terraces, is on the second floor of a splendid early 20th century "villa" and has been completely renovated recently. The very bright, clean and quiet apartment can accommodate up to 6 adults and is also equipped with air conditioning and triple glazing for soundproofing. The view, brightness and immersion in greenery are ideal for complete relaxation at a stone's throw from the city! Access to the second floor is through the garden and two flights of stairs. It is accessed from the large terrace equipped with a dining table, deck chairs and umbrella; the first room is used as a living room for guests who will have at their disposal a fully equipped open kitchen with 4 induction burners for those who love to cook, oven, refrigerator, freezer and dishwasher. The living room is equipped with a large double sofa bed. From the living room, which has floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake, there is access to the beautiful master bedroom with direct access to the second terrace with a small table and deck chairs. In addition, the apartment offers a second bedroom for two guests, a fully equipped bathroom with spacious modern shower and a second bathroom/laundry room equipped with everything you need. There is also a garden for guests to relax in. Other things to note 1) Please Remember to always close the beach umbrella on the terrace after use. 2) For the maximum comfort of our guests we would like to point out that there are two flights of stairs to access the apartment. 3) The property is located outside the city center and on the ancient and panoramic Via Torno, the road that goes from Como up the lake to Bellagio, which is quite narrow and busy and, in some places, has no sidewalk.
