Other things to note GENERAL RULES -Any change to the reservation must be communicated before arrival, otherwise access to the property will not be allowed. - Upon arrival, you will be provided with 1 gallon of filtered water. -Check-in and Check-out ARE NOT FLEXIBLE. -Check-in: 5:00 pm onwards / Check-out: 3:00 pm non-extendable. -Total guests: 10 people and only 2 extra people are allowed with an extra charge of $20 for each night of the stay that the guest has booked, to be paid at the property. The host must be notified in advance to answer questions about pricing and availability. - There is no smoking anywhere on the property. -Provide your own towels and toiletries. - Food not included. -We offer a sealed Aqua brand purified water jug. -During your stay, you will find a person in charge of attending to any need within the ranch. -There is no drinking water in the area but we have a water tank service so you always have clean water for your hygiene. - No washing machine or dryer. -Keeping the house clean. - Starlink Internet available. - Advance check unavailable -Always carry repellent (coastal area). -Maximum 4 vehicles in the property's parking lot. -The distance from the property to the sea is 180 meters. Access to the sea is through a wide street (not an alley) and is in a straight line. -We put with an Argentine grill. Don't forget to bring your charcoal! -Kitchen equipped with basic necessities: Glasses, dishes, pots, pans, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, salt and pepper. POOL USAGE RULE - Do not eat or drink inside the pool -Use of the pool under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. -People with bandages, rashes, stitches and cuts are forbidden from using the pool. -Use shower before entering - No navados - No urination - Do not wear cotton shirts to use the pool as they permanently damage the filter. The use of a swimsuit is mandatory! RULES INSIDE THE ROOMS -Each bedroom has its own air conditioning (turn off the air when the rooms are not occupied, as well as the lights) - Do not put on makeup on the beds. -Do not eat and drink inside the rooms: Do not drink wine in the rooms. NOTE: ANY STAIN ON BED LINENS INCURRED IN A SPECIAL LAUNDRY WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA AND ANY DAMAGE TO PROPERTY WILL INCUR A FINE PROPORTIONAL TO THE DAMAGE
