With a brand new kitchen (featuring all new appliances), updated bathrooms, French Oak wood flooring, and fresh furnishings, this place is a real doggone delight. The house boasts 20’ high vaulted ceilings, a detached game room with a billiard table, a large private deck with a built-in BBQ station, and a garden dining setting nestled between 20 oak trees. Take a walk on the wild side and check out the brand new hot tub! The back deck features a great gas grill BBQ station with sink and hot plate, and pass-through windows to the kitchen. With retractable awnings and a teak lounge set, it's the perfect place to unwind. For the little ones, there's even an outdoor playset with swings and a slide. And for the big kids, there's a full-size pool table in the game room above the garage. TVs are Smart TVs with various online channels. Plus, we've provided super-fast internet and a Bose speaker for your convenience. The newly refurbished kitchen features brand new stainless steel appliances, a 5-burner gas stovetop, and wooden countertops, and all cookware, crockery, glassware, and flatware. And for an even better experience, we've installed a reverse osmosis filter for clean water. Each bedroom has been fitted out with new beds, mattresses, and luxurious quality linen comforter covers and pillows. The closets have been newly fitted out with new closet systems, and the bedrooms all feature new black-out blinds for those pup-tastic lie-ins. The living room has a wood-burning fireplace for the colder months and fans in the bedrooms for the warmer months. This means it heats up at a much slower rate and may struggle in the colder months. If the temperature is below 50, the tub will not get hotter than 95°. Also, due to weather, or Highwinds, sometimes the hot tub may not be at peak performance.
