EV chargers on-site, optional guest house available. The space Embark on a serene retreat in our exclusive Topanga Canyon villa, where every window frames breathtaking views. This three-story home features an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area on the main level, perfect for gathering and relaxation. Upstairs, the primary bedroom offers a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two additional bedrooms are downstairs, including a queen-sized high bed and a spacious master suite with a king-sized bed, a large Kohler tub, and a shower with a window overlooking the deck and mountains. This level also provides direct access to the lower deck, where you can enjoy the outdoor sauna, cold plunge, and cedar tub. Relax on two spacious decks, immerse yourself in the extra-large cedar plank spa, or unwind with a BBQ dinner beneath the California sky. The villa also offers an infrared sauna, electric vehicle chargers, and a fully stocked chef’s kitchen beneath vaulted wood beam ceilings. An optional guest house is available for additional space. Guests enjoy full access to the villa, with parking for two cars in the driveway and one at the bottom. The property is dog-friendly (up to two dogs) and offers a seamless blend of open spaces and natural surroundings, though it is not fully fenced. Enhance your stay with curated activities such as yoga instruction, a personal chef, or an in-house massage (massage table available). Ideal for a peaceful and luxurious escape, whether you are working remotely, on a romantic getaway, or simply looking to unwind, this villa offers a sanctuary that feels like a luxurious spa. Recharge and enjoy the tranquility of Topanga Canyon. Topanga Access Update – August 2025 Topanga Canyon is now fully open and accessible; however, please be mindful of the restrictions. There will be overnight closures of SR-27 in the unincorporated area of Topanga for pavement work. Closures will take place Monday through Friday, from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. each night. The work will affect both directions of Topanga Canyon Boulevard between Cezanne Avenue and Happy Trail. During paving hours, one lane will remain open with flaggers directing alternating traffic. Additionally, during daytime hours when the road is open, there are currently three separate sections reduced to one-lane roads. We recommend allowing an extra 10–20 minutes of drive time when heading to the property. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home with parking directly behind the property with two EV charging stations. Parking is uncovered. There is a small upper guest house and lower guest house that may or may not be hosting guests. During your stay, you may come across other guests, vendors, or OAH team members on the property, especially in shared areas like the driveway. Other things to note This is a three story house with open concept kitchen, dining and living room on the main level. There is a master bedroom upstairs (queen bed en suite bath with shower) and two more bedrooms downstairs. One is a high bed (queen size) and the big master suite is downstairs as well with a king size bed and full size bath with a large kohler tub as well as a big shower with a window overseeing the deck/mountains. this level also has direct access to lower deck with the outdoor sauna and cedar tub. Construction Notice: Please note that the neighboring property is currently undergoing construction between the hours of 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. There is no work on weekends. While some weekdays are completely quiet, guests may occasionally hear construction noise during working hours. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that the serene surroundings and natural beauty of Topanga remain the perfect setting for a peaceful stay. OTHER IMPORTANT INFO: By booking with us, you agree to sign our Rental Agreement. You understand that your check-in instructions will be sent after successfully signing our Rental Agreement. In the State of CA, guests staying over 30 nights are legally required to sign a CAR form with the DRE. Our Broker of Record will send you this CAR form for signature once payment is made. Your reservation will be considered ready to go once the form is signed. This is a permitted short-term rental in the City of Los Angeles. No smoking or parties. Pets may be considered with prior approval. While garage and driveway parking are available, we recommend compact vehicles for easier access. Additional fees are required for pool/spa heat if applicable. Please reach out to Reservations for more details. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine. Pets and animals are not permitted at the property at any time whatsoever unless otherwise agreed upon in writing prior to booking. Failure to comply with this will result in additional charge up to $1000 and/or eviction without limiting any other legal or equitable remedies available to Owner and/or Company. Maximum of (2) dogs allowed, must be disclosed in the original request to book and additional non-refundable fees apply per pet. Utility Usage: Utilities are included up to the property’s recent average usage. Any excessive use above that amount may result in additional charges.
