You will find cafes, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, farmers market, craft breweries, and boutique gyms all within several blocks radius of the townhome. The beach house is furnished with high-end designer furnishings and linens, yet with a casual laid back feel, to transport you into a magical beach retreat. Second Floor: The heart of the home is a bright and open eat-in kitchen and great room with plenty of seating available for meal times. Dining Room table has 6 chairs, the bar has (3) counter high bar stools, and there is an additional bistro table and chairs on the front deck if you'd rather have your meal outside. Beautifully decorated 1/2 bath is also on this level. Third Floor: Master Suite King Bedroom and attached bathroom with Rain Shower, Laundry room with full size washer and dryer, Bunk room perfect for younger guests equipped with gaming system, smart tv and lots of games in the closet if the weather isn't cooperative. An additional bathroom is also on this floor. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire townhome. The first level is the Queen bedroom and bath. Second floor is the great room (kitchen and living room). Third floor is the King Master, Bunk room and Laundry Room. The gararge is VERY small, but great for stowing all your gear; (please don't park in garage, you will find your car won't fit). The driveway holds up to two cars; three if you are efficient with parking. Other things to note Don't forget to bring your laundry detergent, toiletries and beach towels.
