Casa Pramea is a spacious modern balinese villa situated at Batangas’ newest luxurious seafront community. It guarantees guests a restful stay and a full beach experience with its patio area, living & dining room, and fully equipped kitchen. Aside from being a 4-min walk from the beach, the community swimming pool, playground & clubhouse are also very accessible. It has a carport for 2 cars. House rules, emergency contacts & suggested restaurants are also prepared to help you maximize your stay Guest access Swimming pool & Beach Swimming opens from 7am-7pm. To give way for the annual maintenance of clubhouse swimming pool it will be closed starring January 09- 29, 2024. There's a corresponding fee for using the clubhouse swimming pool. Beach free of access. Kindly send us your guestlist for us to endorse you to the admin. There's corresponding entrance fee per guest adherance to Village policy. Kindly bring IDs since our guard on duty will check those for verification purposes. Those who are endorsed can enter the village proper. Other things to note *The parking slot can only accommodate two cars at a time. addtl cars can park at the village clubhouse since we're not allow to do street parking. *Pets are welcome in our place; however, we expect you guys to follow the rules. We also have corresponding fee for pets this is for extra cleaning fee. *Garbage bags are provided with extras kindly dispose it at the small brown gate garbage room outside. *Guest is expected to leave the property neat and tidy.
