Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. If you’re staying longer, you may wish to pick up additional items to suit your needs. ⸻ ❄️ Seasonal Notes • Air Conditioning: Available during the warmer months. • Patio & Backyard: The outdoor spaces are winterized and closed during the colder season; they reopen in spring. • Our hot tub is fully operational and open year-round, including during the winter months. • Snow Removal: Snow is cleared within 24 hours after snowfall ends. ⸻ 🐾 Pet Fee Details We’re happy to welcome your furry family members! Pet fees help cover extra cleaning and maintenance: • $30 per pet, per night • $150 per pet, per week • $300 per pet, per month Pet fees are processed securely after booking is confirmed. Applicable taxes (9%) apply. ⸻ 👥 Additional Guest Fees A $15/night fee applies for each guest beyond 4 occupants. If you’ve booked for more than 4 guests, this amount is already reflected in your nightly rate—no surprises or extra charges after booking. All additional fees include GST and Alberta Tourism Levy (9% total). ⸻ 📝 Pre-Arrival Requirements (Completed After Booking) To ensure a smooth, secure, and high-quality stay experience, we kindly ask guests to complete three quick steps before receiving check-in instructions: 1. Sign the digital rental agreement A simple outline of stay terms and house guidelines. 2. Complete ID verification A fast, secure process that helps protect both guests and the property. 3. Choose a damage protection option: – $50 CAD non-refundable waiver, covering up to $700 in accidental damage – $700 CAD refundable deposit, pre-authorized 2 days before check-in and released within 5 days after checkout (2% processing fee applies) As an API-connected host, these payments are processed safely through our trusted guest portal in accordance with Airbnb’s terms. ⸻ 🛁 Hot Tub Guidelines To keep the spa experience relaxing, safe, and neighbour-friendly, we ask that guests follow these guidelines: -Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m. (City quiet hours: 10 p.m. – 7 a.m.) -Registered guests only. -Shower before entering to help maintain water quality. -Sessions of up to 45 minutes are recommended for comfort and safety. -Only potty-trained children may use the hot tub. -No glassware, food, or drinks near the water. -Swimwear only—no regular clothing. -Please leave the hot tub cover secured when not in use. If contaminants such as glass or food are found in the hot tub, a full drain-and-sanitize service may be required (up to $700).
