The charming - in 2022 - completly renovated house is situated in the Top-Location of Bregenz with an overview to the Lake Constance and the City of Bregenz. The house offers with its 180m2 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathroom & WC, 1 guest WC and a spacious Living & Cooking area. There are also 2 balconies with lakeview available and your garden-area. For business trips we offer WiFi with 300Mbit, working space, parking and charging for your E-Car (at extra costs). The space The house was built in 1984 with high quality standard. We renovated the complete house in 2022. The rooms are equipped with high quality beds and mattress from Schramm in Germany. Guest access The house offers 3 floors, where lower floor (cellar & technical rooms) is structurally separated from the 2 Top Floors. The 2 Floors with more then 180m2 are exclusively for you. In the garage you can park up to 2 cars (with length up to 4,90 meters, if longer you can park in front of the garage). You also have access to your own garden area, beside the house. Other things to note To keep our high quality standards the house will be cleaned every week, if you stay longer then 7 nights. During this cleaning we will also change the linen, etc. For this weekly service we will charge EUR 100,- per week.
