Our home from home, a recently re furbished family cottage. Kettlewell is a great dales village, with a village store, Cafes and Public Houses. The cottage is set back from the road with private parking and a large outdoor space. Child and pet friendly (we have both). Comfortable, warm and cosy with 2 open fires, 3 large bedrooms with fantastic views over the countryside. Washer/Dryer. Open working fireplace. (We have both standard and child friendly fire guards). High chair and booster seat available in the cottage. Coatstand & bench for coats and boots Downstairs Toilet and wash basin. Direct access to the garden Garden Fully secure garden Garden Furniture to sit and eat whilst enjoying the views and peace Outdoor Dog Kennel - good for drying off Hallway and Stairs - There are fixed stair gates to the top and bottom of the stairs. Upstairs Bathroom with bath with shower (waterfall and handheld) Toilet Bathroom Cupboard and mirror Heated towel rail Bedroom 1 - King size bed & wardrobes , Wall mounted TV Bedroom 2 - Double bed & wardrobes , TV . ( Non- working fireplace). Bedroom 3 - 2 single beds & Wardrobe. With additional cot / toddler bed size cot. This room is carpeted so ideal for the little ones. We have baby monitors, Toddler steps, Potty, Travel cot & play pen all available inside the cottage). Downstairs is all Wood and stone floor Guest access You will have access to the whole house and private garden Other things to note Kettlewell is a peaceful village , its why people come and stay! - we request you respect our neighbour's peace and quiet also, especially in the garden. Whilst we welcome pets - they are to remain downstairs in the property please. We ask all mess is removed from the garden prior to you leaving. The property is in a rural location and surrounded by livestock so your pet needs to be relaxed around other animals.
