Basic needs to make you feel comfortable is what we promise. The space Our unit was turned over last December 2019. We have recently experienced living in it for 21 days last Aug to Sep 2022. Hence, we have equipped and furnished it as how we see it needed to live by for staycations, specially fitted for family with kids. All bed mattresses are 6 inches thick with top of the line bed sheets for your sleeping comfort and allows your body and mind to recharge, leaving you refreshed and alert when you wake up. Comfortably, our place can only accommodate maximum 4 persons. Kindly note too that officially, we will only list 4 names under the guests list to be submitted to the condo management. For verification purposes, we will advise you whose names are listed. If you are doing a reservation for the next day which happens to be a Public Holiday in the Philippines, we regret to inform you that we will not be able to accommodate you. This is because the Management does not allow On The Spot registration of guests and we do not want you to be inconvenienced by this. If you have proceeded with the reservation and missed this clause out, we will kindly request you to cancel the reservation and will arrange for refund except Airbnb fees and charges. The management requires all names to be registered before check in with valid ID's and vaccination cards (12 years old or below and not yet vaccinated, you need to provide their school id or birth certificate for registration). Kindly advise all names upon confirmation of your booking for a worry free check-in or at least 3 working days before your arrival date. It is a 26.4 sqm 1BR with balcony, at the top most floor giving you a pent house vibe, overlooking the amenities (swimming pool and playground) of the condo. There is no morning or afternoon sun, just the best of both. Our unit boasts of all brand new stuffs that include 1 split-type air-condition unit, a BRAND NEW 50 inch samsung UHD 4K smartTV, wall fan with remote, microwave, refrigerator, water heater/kettle, induction stove, rice cooker, automatic top load washing machine with spinner - thoughtfully provided for your added comfort. **** STRICTLY NO SMOKING IN ALL AREAS OF THE UNIT, INSIDE AND AT THE BALCONY **** No smoking in all areas of the unit including balcony please. The scent of this will linger in the unit long after you leave. There will be a charge of USD300 if found smoking by the cleaner. Light drinking is allowed at the balcony but strictly no smoking please. We also stay in this place once in a while and I am sure you know how it feels if one does not smoke and smells it. Note that using the lift/s during peak hours might take time going up and down the unit. Kindly allow considerable time for you not to be inconvenience by this. Guest access Guest Entrance at Gate 1, Misamis St. You would need to show your Visitor Authorization Form to the Security Guard at Gate 1, showing the Dates and Stamp of Admin. For your convenience, linens and bath towels are provided for you but remember to leave it where you found it. We only provide maximum of 4 luxury face and bath towels. There will be additional charges applicable if any of it is lost, damaged, or taken away 1000 PHP for the face towel and 2000 PHP for the bath towels. Strictly no pets are allowed in the unit and Grass community residences. The unit must not be used for any unlawful activity. We trust that, as our guests, you will be at your utmost proper conduct to avoid causing disturbance to other people. Should there be any complaints, we will respectfully ask you to leave the premises and all charges will be nonrefundable. In other cases, additional charges may be levied depending on the offence made. Let us help one another to keep the cost of maintaining this unit at a low cost. We rent out lower, you pay lower. To do this, please help to tidy the place before you leave: (1) utensils washed and dried; (2) garbage thrown at the designated disposal room (2 doors on your right from the unit towards the lift); (3) no excessive dirt on any linen, floor mats, pillows; - This is your home for the next few days and would appreciate if you can treat is as such. It is right by main roads both for going to the North and South side of the metro. -Pay parking is on a first come first serve basis. Two convenient locations are available 1. right in front of Tower 4 and 2. the opposite building. Rate: 60 PHP first 2 hours and 20 PHP succeeding hours. Payable at the attendant on site. -Reserved parking inside the condo building of tower 4 is also available for a fee of 300 per day 2 pm-12 nn the next day. Subject to availability. -Swimming pools are accessible from 6 am to 10 pm. However, condo admin's operating hours to get and pay for your pool pass is Mon-Fri 9 am to 6 pm. Sat 9 am-1 pm, Sun closed. Please make sure to arrange accordingly to avoid inconvenience. Rate: 150 php per person per head. (2 yrs old and below free) Incase you wish to have the pool pass ready for you, we offer a minimal convenience fee of 100 php only. Provided that the appliances such as the AC, Lights, fans etc., are turned off when not in use and that the unit is used for 4 person only (regardless of the age per person). -If you are staying for more than 7 days, and you require cleaning of the unit, please let me know so I can make arrangement. A minimal fee of 500 PHP will be charged for this. Incase you only need bed sheets, blankets and pillow case changed, we can provide you with a fresh set in exchange of the old ones, for only 250aed for the laundry service. You need to remove and replace the fresh set yourself. Please allow 48 hours to arrange this.
