I am often home late in the evenings because I work late. You will often have ample privacy as I sometimes stay the night at my boyfriends. Queen size comfy bed with ample drawer and closet storage. Wall mounted tv with Netflix and Hulu. Wall mounted mirror for full wardrobe view. Full kitchen access. I do occasionally cook during the week, but not often. Living room is shared, but I often can go to the lower level when needed. Patio is private and accessible. I’m typically not at home much when guests stay. However, I’m accessible via phone when not home as long as the time is not in the late sleep hours. There is an amazing park and a library about 4 blocks away. Ample shopping and dining options within 5 miles. There is no public transportation system, but Uber is available. The main highway is within a mile. Parking directly in front of the house is available.
