Close to Clove Lakes Park,SI Ferry(25 min boat to downtown Manhattan) (bus/drive to ferry 20 min from our house).Also,express bus to Manhattan (bus stop 1/2mile away) is 30min to downtown Manhattan.Near Wagner College/St Johns Univ./Newark Airport (20 min).Lovely,quiet block with plenty of parking. The space Safe neighborhood, Private dead end street with plenty of parking.Nice place for family members when visiting their children at the local colleges. Easy access to Manhattan. Sorry, can not accommodate pets (child with allergies) Guest access Access in & out of the apartment is completely seperate from our house. Can use small patio with 2 chairs just out front of the apartment. Other things to note Express bus or ferry service can have you in Manhattan in 45 minutes or 30 minutes on Uber.
