Hidden gem of a house. It was fully renovated down to the studs! This 1880 home is the perfect getaway for a small group or family. Top of the line Nectar mattresses will make it hard to get out of bed. The kitchen is stocked for all your cooking needs. Downtown and Carroll creek are so close you won’t need a car to get to the restaurants and bars! You probably won’t be cooking much, but it’s there if you need it. Cable/internet heating and air conditioning is all brand new. You’ll enjoy it! The space This is a late 1800 row house. We tore it down to the studs and renovated the entire space. Brand new kitchen, bathroom, appliances, heating and a/c, and window shades for privacy and to keep most of the light out. Keurig coffee maker. It’s walking distance to the canal and to downtown. Make sure you check out the suggested places. There are so many great restaurants and cool bars you can walk to. They street that line Market st are lit up at night! It’s a really cool place! All the beds are super comfortable with soft sheets. The mattresses are from Nectar- if you have ever slept on these mattresses, you know what I mean. Washer and dryer upstairs. Heat and a/c in all rooms. The second bedroom is small but that’s normal for an 1880 row house. But the bunk bed does have twin beds. There are plenty of towels shampoo/conditioner for your stay. You will feel right at home when you stay here. Guest access You get the whole house to yourself and there is a keyless keypad on the front door. Other things to note Please respect the neighbors and neighborhood. It’s a quiet street that not a lot happens on. Even though we love a good party, this is not the place to have one in.
