Apartment on the highest floor of the building (fifth) located in the beautiful historic center of Savona, with a direct view of the Duomo and its Piazza. Within 2 minutes you can find all the main attractions of the city: marina, Sistine Chapel, Priamar Fortress, Duomo, Brandale Tower, etc…. You can easily reach the beach by walking through the pedestrian area (about 5 min). The train station is about 1 km away. The space The apartment is equipped with all the comforts for a pleasant stay: washing machine, dishwasher, oven, independent heating, Wifi, terrace. The very spacious and bright living room features a beautiful brick fireplace, and a double sofa that can be quickly transformed into a comfortable double bed. The custom kitchen is well stocked with an oven, a gas stove, pots and pans, cutlery and the essentials (oil, salt, sugar, etc.) for the preparation of all your dishes. The master bedroom is very quiet and therefore perfect for a great stay. It also has a spacious bespoke closet. The second room, also equipped with a double bed, has a small window that leads directly to the Almond. The bathroom, complete with a washing machine, is comfortable and well organized thanks to the presence of a shower and bathtub. The terrace is another point in favor of the apartment: here you can eat observing the Duomo and its square enjoying the warm sun (weather permitting) thanks to its south exposure. We inform you that the restoration work of the municipal building located in front of the apartment has recently begun. This intervention will further enhance the area and make the building visitable. We note that noise may occur during business hours. Guest access The apartment is located on the top floor of a historic building (there is NO elevator). The wide stairs, surrounded by marble columns, facilitate access. Parking, even being in the most central area of Savona, can be found free of charge during the day. If you wish, there is also paid parking 2 minutes from the historic center.
