The Boat House is a 3-bedroom, luxurious self-catering home located in Rothiemurchus, at the heart of the Cairngorms National Park in the Scottish Highlands. The property can sleep up to six guests and we welcome pets (up to two dogs). The space The Boat House is a family (and dog) friendly, spacious holiday home with three stunning bedrooms, sleeping six guests. One of the bedrooms is on the wheelchair-accessible ground floor with an adjoining wheelchair-accessible wet room. As well as being fully insulated and double glazed, central heating, underfloor heating and efficient log burning stoves ensure you will be super cosy on chilly evenings and the frostiest days and eco-friendly by using the minimum fuel. The Boat House is well connected with fast WiFi throughout, USB plugs beside every bed, good 4G coverage for most networks. The Chill Out room can give you a cinema experience with a smart 75” TV with soundbar and Sonos, there are also Sonos players in each bedroom and the kitchen/dining area. The well-equipped kitchen has a Range cooker, microwave, two fridges and a freezer, dishwasher and includes Lavazza pod coffee maker and a Nutriblast. As well as excellent heated space for drying coats, boots, hats and gloves inside there is a large heated room outside for wetsuits, dirty wellies and a dryer. There’s also a bike or welly boot washing area and lots of lockable space outside for bikes, cycles, skis, snowboards, canoes etc. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the whole property during their stay.
