Private large room in period property (Zone 2)

Newly built mock period property in Brixton Hill - Zone 2 London. Large room with queen size bed and plenty of wardrobe space. Modern design, underfloor heating throughout. My husband and I live in the property and you have the third floor to yourself. There is a shared bathroom on the second floor, shower and bath, and a half bathroom downstairs. There’s a dining table that’s great to work from, a living room and kitchen. There’s also a garden with outdoor seating. The space Modern, bright room in a relaxing environment. New appliances, hot water tap, underfloor heating. Room has a queen size bed, 100% cotton bedding and plenty of wardrobe space and bedside tables. Sole use of third floor. Guest access Access to everywhere except our bedrooms. During your stay We’re available for any queries, my husband and I work full time. We can greet you or you can enter by keysafe, whichever you prefer. Other things to note We have a Japanese spitz named Yuki, she is the sweetest dog who is 2.5 years old. If you give her treats she’ll be your friend forever.
