Entering in on the main floor, you are greeted by the main living room which is the common space for guests to gather. Just beyond, you will find the large dining room that is open to the kitchen. Ideal for families wanting to prepare a large meal, this kitchen is fully equipped with stunning countertops, and new stainless steel appliances. Right out back you'll find the private courtyard, with comfortable furnishings. Two bedrooms along with 2 sleeper sofas in the main house can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests. For parents wishing to keep their children close, one of the sleeper sofas is located in the lofted room above the primary bedroom. The primary bedroom has a sliding doors to a small balcony overlooking the courtyard. Each bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, and an ample amount of closet space. In addition to the main house, the carriage house studio can accommodate 2 guests, with a full-size kitchen plus bathroom. After a day of exploration, come home to relaxing with cocktail in hand in the private courtyard or the rooftop patio. The Villa on Broughton Main + Carriage is located in the highly coveted neighborhood within the historic district just minutes from the bustling end of Broughton Street and Savannah's remarkable shops, sights and culinary scene. Just a short walk of two streets you'll find the attractions of City Market, Bay and River Streets. Whats parking like for this home? Guests will have access to one small private garage space (small to midsize vehicles only). All other parking can be found on-street, metered, Monday-Saturday 8AM-8PM. We encourage guests to pay close attention to street signs, as they state when the street cleaner comes.
