There is a half bath on the 1st floor of the unit, while the full bathroom upstairs is equipped with a washer & dryer. And, if more room is needed to accommodate a good nights sleep, the living room sofa turns into a queen sleeper. There is a smart tv and sound bar system in the living room as well. The screened in patio has plenty of space for relaxing with a cup of coffee in the morning or winding down at night with a glass of wine! There is a flat screen tv there as well. The kitchen is equipped with an ice maker and water dispenser refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee machine. The adjacent dining room sits 4 comfortably, but has room enough for six. Whether you are looking for some fun in the sun or just a relaxing beach getaway, Captains Quarters is the place to stay! Perfect for a family vacation or a couples retreat! This waterfront community is just a short walk (1.5 blocks) to the beach and located across the street from R.O.C. Park.
