Cleveland's charming two-story townhouse, Private entrance one car garage. The home is furnished with a two (2) queen size beds and living room sofa that can be used as extra sleeping space. Wifi & three (3) Smart TV's are included. close in proximity to a grocery store and plaza with multiple take -out restaurants . 12 minutes from Pinecrest Shopping District full of restaurants, coffee shops, bars, and a movie theatre, 17 minutes from Hopkins Airport . The space -The kitchen is stocked with cookware, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a coffee machine. -There are 3 Smart TVs (living + bedrooms) where you can connect to platforms such as Hulu and Netflix (there is no cable) & free WiFi! Parking Is allowed on the street unless you park in the garage This is a very walkable community. Uber and Lyft are available throughout the city as well as public transportation. Other things to note Parties/Gatherings: Any event that is NOT pre-approved by HOST will be subiect to immediate removal from property and a fine of up to $500 per unauthorized guest will be charged. Towels/Wash-Clothes: Excessively damaged/dirty bath towels will be accessed a fee of $10 per towel. For example: Stained towels/pillow cases from makeup or hair dye. Please DO NOT use the white linen for this. Excessive Cleaning: Our goal is to provide a clean & safe environment for all guests. Therefore any areas or individual linen pieces that will need to be replaced from issues such as food stains, vomit, blood, etc. will be charged an additional fee of $100 per item damaged. No Smoking Policy: There is absolutely NO smoking allowed
