The space Our home has been inspected and approved by the Department of Tourism Regulations. Accommodation License #231038 We look forward to sharing our beach condo "Sea You Soon" with you! Our 2nd floor King Studio condo has been freshly painted and has all brand new furniture, mattresses, linens, and appliances. A new king bed and queen sleeper sofa make the space perfect for up to four people. Please note that this is a studio unit and does not have a separate bedroom. The condo is equipped with high speed internet/wifi, suitable for surfing, streaming, and videoconference. The newly updated and nicely equipped kitchen has a full sized oven, stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There are many restaurants to explore, but the kitchen has all the basic kitchen tools for cooking in. The full bath has a bathtub/shower combo with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fluffy towels. The kitchen cabinets and bathroom vanity have been completely updated. Conveniences like an in-unit washer/dryer, closet, dresser, and dishwasher make for a hassle-free stay. Starter-sized essentials such as dish washing soap, paper towel, and toilet paper are provided. Stores are a short 3-5 minute drive away to stock up on any necessities and groceries you may need during your stay. Beach towels are provided. Snorkeling gear can be rented on a daily or weekly basis nearby. (Please note, in keeping with our commitment to safety and hygiene, we do not offer shared snorkeling gear to guests.) While there are beaches, restaurants, and amenities within walking distance, our condo is best enjoyed if you have a rental car to explore the island. For guests under 25 wishing to visit the islands without a person over 25, our place may not be the best choice due to rental car companies requiring guests be over 25 to rent. Guest access Guests have access to the full condo with private balcony, as well as the common pool. Other things to note **Please inquire before booking if you are unsure if the space will meet your mobility needs.** Guests of all abilities are welcome but please note that the unit is on the 2nd floor, with no elevator access, and may not be suitable for mermaids, small children, and guests with limited mobility. Absolutely NO SMOKING inside the condo or on the balcony. Note: Turks and Caicos has excellent infrastructure services and reliability, however, please be aware that island-wide services are disrupted from time to time without notice and are beyond our control. We do not issue refunds due to unexpected services not being available.
