This unique stay includes 2 houses on one property! The main house is a beautifully restored mid-century with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. It was updated in the style of a swanky downtown hotel with several vintages pieces. The separate tiny house is a brand new 200 sq foot studio with its own queen bed, bathroom and kitchenette. The space is designed to feel like a rustic cabin in the city. These two spaces give privacy and room for 6 guests to comfortably stay together and enjoy the backyard. The space The main house is a beautiful mid-century with 2 bedrooms, one with a king-sized memory foam mattress and the other with a queen memory foam mattress. The house is stocked with vintage dishes and cocktail glasses, old records, soft sheets, fluffy pillows and plush towels. We have also included several awesome unique features including a hanging basket chair, vintage record player and antique piano. The additional tiny house is a brand new 200 sq foot tiny house built with mostly pine to give the feeling of a rustic cabin but 5 minutes to downtown. The space is a studio with its own bathroom, kitchenette, soft and queen sized memory foam bed. The massive deck doubles the useable space providing plenty room to enjoy a coffee or glass of wine outside. 5 minutes to Raymond James Stadium, Armature Works and Amalie Arena. 10 minutes to The Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens and The MidFlorida Amphitheater and Fairgrounds. Washer and dryer available for stays of 4 days or more! Pack and play, stroller, sheets and toddler dishes available upon request. Please note this property is a strict no pets, no smoking property. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire property minus the locked black tool shed in the back yard and the camper parked to the front side of the house. Please do not disturb or try to enter either one! Other things to note The main house was saved from being demolished by a builder and brought back to life with love and respect of the time era (1962) it was built in. She is so comfortable and nostalgic, you won’t want to leave. The tiny house is an awesome opportunity to see and feel a tiny house in real life while providing guests privacy or an additional bathroom.
