Private bathroom/shower, brand new remodeled living room with cozy sofa, new TV and a full kitchen! Wireless internet is blazing fast. There could be other guests upstairs, but no shared area. No outside vent so need open window to vent occasionally. * Separate from upper floors by a barn door with lock * Separet private entrance at the back of the house, a few steps from the driveway Other things to note * Host family live upstairs, with 2 young kids. Some noise can be heard between 9am-9pm during the weekend. * No cats allowed. * No large dog allowed. Only dogs under 20lbs are allowed case by case. * $20 pet cleaning fee applied if bringing a dog
