The apartment is totally refurbished and located in the heart of Graça, one of the most traditional districts of Lisbon, the apartment is very well equipped, airy and has a modern and clean decoration. It is complete and functional, its has air conditioning / heater and many kitchen utensils. The street is calm and silent and on the terrace it is possible to have pleasant open air moment without leaving the apartment. The space The apartment is on a quiet street, next to the main street in the neighborhood. It is on the ground floor of the building (only 3 steps). There are an AC and a heater in each room. With washing and dryer machines and dishwashers, the convenience of the apartment aims to dedicate the maximum time to getting to know the city and having fun. It has a spacious and pleasant terrace where the sun shines and can relax and chill after a walk around the city. The apartment is surrounded by gardens, palaces and traditional local shops such as cafes, fruit shops and souvenir stores that reflect the soul of the neighborhood. There is also easy to get a transport to access the main tourist attractions in the city, such as buses and Tram 28. The sofa bed will only be available for bookings of 3 or 4 guests. If it is necessary to use it in other cases, there will be an extra fee of €15. Guest access The apartment is exclusive for the guest. Other things to note For your stay, we provide by default: * Bedding (fitted sheet + duvet cover + duvet); * Bath towels (1 bath towel per guest + 1 face towel); * Bathroom mat; * Kitchen towel. The sofa bed will be available for bookings of 3/4 guests. If it is necessary to use it for reservations for 2 guests, there will be an additional cost of 30€ per stay, and must be requested in advance (charged through the platform); For stays longer than 7 days, we will provide an extra bath towel, at no additional cost. For stays longer than 14 days, in addition to the extra towels, we will provide a second set of bedding (fitted sheet + duvet cover + 2 pillowcases), also free of charge, so guests can manage their own linen changes during the stay. For stays longer than 30 days, extra bath towels will be provided and a mid-stay cleaning (bathroom and floor cleaning) will be scheduled, including a bed linen change, at no extra cost. For additional linen requests, the following extra fees apply: * Bath towel (2x) and face towel (2x): €20 * Sheet (fitted or flat): €10 / unit * Duvet with cover: €50 / unit **Extra pillows are not available. Optional use of a baby cot for children up to 2 years old, with an additional fee of €30 per stay (charged through the platform). Baby cot + high chair set available for €45 per stay.
