This 65 m2 apartment, completely renovated in 2022, welcomes you for a weekend, a week or more, and throughout the year to enjoy the many advantages of this region (lakes, mountains, festivities...) The location of the Ethiou (center 800 m) and the possibility of parking your vehicle in the individual garage at your disposal will allow you to make the most of the center of Annecy and its lake. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator. The space Beautiful apartment of 65 m2 completely renovated in 2022, the Ethiou is conveniently located, just 800 meters from the center of Annecy and the lake. It is fully equipped and can accommodate 4 people comfortably (1 bed 140 cm + 2 beds 90 cm). The Ethiou is located on the 2nd floor of a residence with elevator and private garage (width 210 cm, length 540 cm, height 218 cm). It consists of a living room (with TV, cupboards, sofa, armchairs and coffee table) overlooking the dining room (table and chairs for 6 people) and the equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction stove, hood, dolce gusto coffee maker, toaster, dishes), a bedroom with a 160 cm bed (replaced in October 2024), another bedroom with two 90 cm beds. Bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer and washing machine, separate toilet. Bed and bath linens are provided. Both bedrooms open onto a balcony with table, 2 chairs and clothes drying rack. The kitchen also opens onto a balcony. For babies, a travel cot (with new mattress and mattress protector/baby sheets not provided) as well as a stroller and a booster seat are available for your use (this is in the garage). Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal, with no shared space with other guests. Other things to note We have carefully prepared the Ethiou to make your stay as pleasant as possible. It's important that our guests are respectful of the place and the neighbors. For babies, a travel cot with mattress and a folding stroller are at your disposal. No smoking is allowed in the accommodation, but it is possible on the balconies. No pets allowed. A key box is available for your use. We will send you the code on the day of your arrival. Check-in is from 3 p.m. and check-out is at 11 a.m. Please contact us for other schedules that may suit you. We will do our best to satisfy you. When you leave, please empty the garbage cans, the dishwasher and the fridge (do not forget the freezer part). The cleaning will be done once the keys are returned, but please respect the person responsible for carrying it out by leaving the apartment tidy.
