Maximum 2 adults and 2 children. Medium-sized electrified approx. 50 m² log cabin on the clear-water Niskajärvi lake with its own private beach, 15 m² beach sauna and outdoor toilet. The road goes all the way to the end. Firewood is included in the rent. The cottage has good 4G connections. Running water to the cabin, except in winter (11.1-4.15). Guests will have access to a rowboat and two life jackets. Kouvola's services can be found 40 kilometers away. Verla's Factory Museum is 10 km away. The space The cabin is cleaned upon arrival of the guests and the cabin has a basic temperature upon arrival of the guests, but the cabin warms up quickly upon arrival of the guests with an air heat pump and/or wood. During the winter (11.1-5.1) the water pump is not in use and the water is carried from the lake. Other things to note - The cottage is for up to two adults and two children - The guest brings their own bed linen, towels and drinking water. - Outdoor toilet in the cottage with electric lights - In summer, water from the lake is used in the kitchen and sauna -> The water for washing is heated in the sauna stove - In winter (10.15-4.15) there is no running water in the cottage, but the water must be carried from the lake. - Small and nice pets are allowed, but they must be kept on a leash. Poop must be collected. - Smoking is only allowed outdoors - Upon departure, the guest will clean the cottage to the same condition as upon arrival
