Living Room step into the artist-inspired living area with large windows and mood lighting. • Home cinema experience with a 400” HD projector with streaming access • (Amazon Prime, HBO Max, Paramount, Apple TV, YouTube Premium). • Samsung 7.2 Klipsch Bluetooth sound system with indoor and outdoor speakers. • Ample seating, including chairs, benches, and a contemporary daybed. • Kitchen & Dining • A modern, fully stocked kitchen that opens onto the living space. • New stainless-steel appliances, including a microwave and dishwasher. • Complimentary morning beverage station with coffee and tea. • A stylish dining table with seating for 12 guests. Bedrooms Four spacious bedrooms, each with light filtering shades for privacy and Room darkening shades, a ceiling fan, AC, and memory foam mattresses with organic Avocado latex free memory foam toppers. • Primary Bedroom (Southwest Suite): King bed, 60” TV, and deck access. Shares a Jack 'n Jill full bathroom. • Bedroom 2 (Northwest Suite): Queen bed, 55” TV, and deck access. Shares a Jack 'n Jill full bathroom. • Bedroom 3 (Bunk Room): One full bed and two twin beds, plus a 50” Smart TV. • Bedroom 4 (Northeast): Queen bed and a 50” Smart TV. • Bathrooms • Two full and two half bathrooms with fresh towels and organic Ginger Lilly Farms toiletries. • Private spa room with a 6-person jetted hot tub, waterfall shower, lounge bed, 48” TV, and mood lighting. • A shared Jack 'n Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower connects the two West Suites. • Two additional half baths are located on the lower level. • Outdoor Space • Front and back decks, one featuring an outdoor living room with a fire pit table. • A Monument 6-burner BBQ grill is available year-round. • Please note the back deck is seasonal (typically May 1st to November 1st). Guest access ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire second floor, consisting of 2,000 square feet of entertainment space and a private spa bathroom with a 6-person hot tub. ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of toiletries, paper products, dish soap, sponges, dish towels, paper towels, bug spray, spices, cooking oil, and a Variety of coffees, Teas, Oat Milk and Creamers. ✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for multiple vehicles in our large off street private parking lot. ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, laptop friendly, dedicated and encrypted high-speed WIFI (up to 579Mbps) throughout the home only for your group. ✹ NO PETS: We have a no-pet policy. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions - we look forward to hosting you! Other things to note ✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door. ✹ Non-glass drink cups are provided for the spa room. Please do not bring glassware into the spa area, and keep drinks off the side of the hot tub. ✹ We welcome celebrations, but ask that you don’t bring glitter or any items containing glitter, confetti, or streamers into the home. Please do not affix any decorations to the walls, as this will result in an additional cleaning fee. ✹ Please note that guests staying in the South West Suite must pass through the “Crew Quarters” (Bunk Room) to access their bedrooms. Feel free to review the floor plan included in the Photos Section (open in a new tab or window to view the details). ✹ The loft is convenient to Downtown Burlington, nearby shopping, and the I-89 connector. As such, you will hear ambient vehicle noise. White noise machines are provided for all rooms to mask the sounds. ✹ Please note that I maintain a private efficiency apartment and office located downstairs, where I manage my businesses. This is a private, non-retail space with its own separate entrance. While guests may occasionally see me coming or going, your privacy and exclusive access to the rental are fully preserved.
