If you're looking for a great place for your leisure...ready, you found it! Large house with 5 bedrooms - 2 suites, swimming pool and barbecue area. There is 500m from the beach (6min walk), in quiet neighborhood and fixed residents. The house accommodates up to 15 people. The daily rate is for up to 10 guests; for 11 or more there will be an extra charge per night and per additional person, as follows: • Normal days: R$69; • Weekends: R$79; • Holidays: R$89; • Christmas: R$99; • New Year's Eve and Carnival: R$119. @odsbeachhouse The space - Outdoor area: post-beach shower, swimming pool and outdoor toilet integrated with the gourmet area (barbecue, oven and wood-burning stove), garden and garage for 4 cars (1 covered space for a small car and 3 uncovered spaces for medium-sized cars). - Lower floor: living and dining room, American-style kitchen with basic utensils, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. - Upper floor: 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms and 2 more suites (with bathrooms and balconies). * All beds have mattresses with waterproof covers. As a courtesy, we provide some "basic" pillows without pillowcases. Other things to note For Carnival, Christmas and New Year's Eve periods we only work with closed packages! Interested parties please get in touch via message. For holiday periods, except on Wednesdays, the daily rates may normally be slightly adjusted. Thus, as provided by the Municipal Law of Itanhaém no 4.252/2018 (Law of Silence), the sound limits of: a) 50 (fifty) decibels in the period from 7 am to 10 pm; b) 45 (forty-five) decibels in the period from 10:00 am to 7:00 am. *No matter what is determined by the above law, it is forbidden any excessive noise or noise that may disturb the neighbors from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am is prohibited. *It is forbidden to use amplified and/or automotive speakers on the property. Therefore, the volume of the sound must be moderate, ambient type, respecting the neighbors, according to the law above. The rules regarding silence, especially the low sound, are of utmost importance! In the event of non-compliance with them, the guest will be contacted to readjust their stay in accordance with the rules, but if they still do not, the stay may be canceled immediately, and they must withdraw from the property as soon as notified by the Host. Regardless of the above, if the property receives any fine due to excessive noise during the stay, the guest will be liable for the payment of the fine, which is provided for approximately R$2,500.00. *Pets are not allowed. * The use of illicit substances is not allowed in the entire property. *The property has a security camera outside for the safety of the property itself and guests, and it is forbidden to obstruct or change its position, under penalty of a fine equivalent to the value of one night. *Smoking is allowed only in the outdoor area of the house, discarding the butts (erased) in the appropriate places. *Keep the main gate always closed for your own security. *No parties and events. *It is not allowed to take more people than is notified to the Host on the reservation, or visits even if it is only to spend the day, under penalty of charging the additional fee per person in excess. In case of day visits, a 20% fine will be charged on the total amount of the reservation. *We warn you to pay attention to the check-in deadline so that there are no mismatches with the person responsible for receiving it in the house. *The host must be reimbursed for any damage caused to the property by guests. *Rinse the chairs and beach utensils before storing them. *Clear all items from the grill after use. *Watch for electronics, appliances, fans and remotes. *At the end of the accommodation, do not leave leftovers of food in the refrigerators, cabinets, microwaves, stove, etc. *Wash, dry and store the kitchen utensils in the manner that received them. *Turn off fans and TV when leaving the room. *Avoid wasting water, electricity and others. This will contribute to the reduction of the costs of the house, which may impact on the reduction of the value of its next daily rate. Think about it!! *Assign all trash and place it in the external trash bin on Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday. Otherwise, leave them inside the large trash drum that sits at the back of the house. ---------------------------------- ATTENTION: *The host DOES NOT offer: Bed and bath linens, toiletries and cleaning products. * The host OFFERS: - Cooking pots (dishes, glasses, cups, cutlery, pots, platters, and plastic pots); - 01 Fogão; - 01 Microwave; - 01 Airfryer; - 02 large refrigerators with freezer; - 01 Electric rice cooker; - 01 Electric coffee maker; - 01 Blender; - 01 Sanduicheira; - 01 Cooler 18L; - 08 Beach chairs, 4 of which are fixed; - 02 Parasols with supports, one of them small; - 01 Beach accessories transportation cart. Note: Failure to comply with any rules that no longer have specific fines will be subject to a fine of at least one full day per rule breached.
