Great place for entertaining in Bluewater! The space If you are looking for a cute home for your family vacation, this is the place for you! This charming 2nd row house is centrally located in the Bluewater subdivision and has quick and easy access to the beach. Relax and enjoy beach views from the partially covered, furnished deck - great for sunbathing or simply enjoying the sound of the waves and smell of the sea! This 1400+ square foot property offers the amenities of home - dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, ceiling fans, DVD player, flat-screen TVs, and high speed internet. The well-stocked kitchen has a large island with seating, and there is an additional dining table with seating for six. The primary bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom has one queen bed; and a third bedroom has 2 sets of twin over full bunk beds. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, allowing the house to sleep a total of 12. When you come in from your day at the beach, there's a convenient outdoor shower and fish cleaning station. Then you can entertain in the downstairs patio area, which features a large bar with plenty of seating, a charcoal BBQ grill, and swing. Several other houses managed by Swedes are also nearby if you are planning a family reunion, or larger gathering! Small dogs (under 35 pounds) are welcome with a pet fee. All Swedes Real Estate vacation rentals are non-smoking properties. Swedes does not rent to guests under 25 years of age. The homeowner does not provide linens and towels, but, if you choose, they are available upon request from our linen service (additional fee applies). *Monthly rentals available October through February*
