Nestled in a peaceful Villa Pura residential subdivision, a perfect place for your stay. The space This unit can accommodate up to 9 PAX CAPACITY. Should you need more space, you may like to book the other unit “9th Haven Scorpion” beside it for another 5 persons. Relax in our 50 sqm apartment which has a bedroom loft, a spacious living room with sofa bed, bathroom with hot/cold shower, a fully functioning kitchen and FREE street PARKING. BEDROOM LOFT: 1 queen size bed with 1 pullout full double bed, and 1 sofa full double bed, and bed linens. Note: no electrical outlet, all outlets located in kitchen/living room. KITCHEN: 1 breakfast counter with 3 high chairs, LG Refrigerator, Microwave, Rice Cooker, Induction cooker, Hot water kettle, basic cooking utensils and kitchen cabinet. LIVING ROOM/BEDROOM 2: 1 sofa double bed, floor sit cushions, bay window,free WIFI, Smart TV with free Netflix and Disney+, Iron, sala set, and wall decors. BATHROOM: hot/cold shower, towel, bathroom tissue and hanger with cabinet. *Please take note, we do not provide toothbrushes, soap and shampoo to guests so please BRING YOUR OWN.* BALCONY: artificial grass with coffee table set Guest access *Early Check in time: please inquire, if available. Other things to note For Security reason the Subdivision GATE shall be closed from 10pm to 5am and Guests may not be allowed to entry and exit except for emergency or special cases in coordination with the Host and the security personnel.
