Cozy gîte for 2 to 4 people in a stone village house in the heart of the village of Passenans, on the Jura wine route. Possibility of renting coupled with the neighboring gîte "Le Lynx", for 4+6 people in total. The space The gîte has the following rooms and amenities: On the ground floor: - Equipped kitchen/dining room - Living room with sofa convertible into a double bed - Bathroom with bathtub and toilet Upstairs: - Bedroom with double bed - Mezzanine with benches Please note, sheets and towels are not provided. On the other hand, duvets, pillows, towels and bath mats are provided. The property does not have an exterior, but two public parking lots are available a few dozen meters away. Other things to note The village of Passenans is very friendly and has a multi-sports playground, table tennis and a petanque court. The major tourist sites of Chateau-Chalon (8 km) and Baume-les-Messieurs (14 km) are easily and quickly accessible. Several walks in the forest, amid vineyards or towards the plateau are also possible from the cottage, as well as access to the beautiful Château de Frontenay. Lake Desnes (16 km) offers water activities for the whole family.
