Located less than 10 minutes walk from Newcastle under Lyme town centre, this is the perfect location for families, hospital workers, solo travellers and workmen. Set down a private quiet road with only 5 houses, driveway for up to 2 cars. Huge beautiful garden for summer days and evenings. 5 minutes drive from the hospital. 10 minutes drive from Stoke on Trent station. 30 minutes drive from Alton Towers. The space Our 2 bedroom house is great for both long and short stays in the lovely areas surrounding Newcastle under Lyme. It is very close to the town centre, and is positioned at the end of a private road with only 4 other houses on the cul de sac. Self contained with your own front door, 2 spacious bedrooms, modern bathroom with full size bath and shower, and a beautiful well equipped kitchen. There is a living room with large corner sofa and 50 inch smart tv, with access to Netflix, Disney and other streaming services with a 4 person dining table that can extend and be made into 6 (2 extra chairs upstairs). The spacious living area over looks our huge patio and garden, with raised flower beds and outdoor dining furniture and bbq. It is fully secure so perfect for furry friends to safely enjoy! Up the stairs you will find 2 bedrooms, the front facing grey room, which consists of a king size bed and book shelf filled with an eclectic choice of books to read! The back garden facing bedroom is the more playful sage room, with Star Wars prints above a double bed, and a 30 inch smart tv to keep you entertained. The bathroom consists of a stunning bath and shower, with all the toiletries you may need if you’ve forgotten your favourites; including bubble baths, shampoos, conditioners and body wash. Situated at the end of a private quiet road close to town centre, it is only 2 miles (an 8 minute drive) from Stoke on Trent train station which has direct trains to London in 1hr25, Manchester in 40m, Birmingham in 50m. Also less than an hours drive to the Peak District, and 30 minutes to Alton Towers. For your safety we have fire extinguishers and a fire blanket incase of fires, and a fully kitted out first aid kit. We are a very eco conscious household so we have solar panels and a new more efficient boiler. Other things to note Check in and check out times must be discussed at time of booking. As a standard check in is at 3 and check out is at 11, however depending on other guests staying we can be flexible :)
