The space Guests love their stays in our home, and while we can't take all the credit, there's an undeniable charm to our space. Our house features a welcoming layout, inviting hues, and captivating local art in every nook and cranny. We go above and beyond to create a welcoming haven, stocked with everything you need for a home away from home experience. Inside, you'll discover three cozy bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms. The living room is adorned with an electric fireplace and flows seamlessly into a fenced backyard with a stone patio, complete with brand-new fireside furnishings, a fire pit, and a gas BBQ. The open kitchen is equipped with top-tier appliances like a high-tech Revolution toaster and a Keurig coffee system. Sipping morning coffee on the front or back patio is a true delight. We've tastefully adorned the space with hand-painted Sticks furniture, Shoestring Creations headboards, and Mackenzie-Childs decor throughout. Our passion for supporting local artists is evident, with an array of their works on display. Mermaids, seahorses, and sea turtles bring unique themes to each room. While we've incorporated technology for convenience, it never intrudes on your relaxation. In addition to the handy August and Schlage smart locks, you'll find large screen TVs, a portable Bluetooth speaker, and a Bose Wave radio/CD player in the master bedroom. For those with a penchant for vinyl, we've even included an old-school record player. The house is located in uptown St. Augustine, offering an unparalleled experience. As proud 18-time Airbnb Superhosts, we're passionate about creating the perfect hideaway in St. Augustine. It warms our hearts when guests commend us for thinking of everything because that's precisely what we strive for. In a nutshell, we've poured our hearts into ensuring that you'll love this space as much as we do. After all, that's why we do what we do. Guest access Guests receive personal key codes for both the front and back entrances. We have reserved off-street parking for two cars. Other things to note We’re now able to offer our guests an optional short-term membership at the nearby Serenata Beach Club in Ponte Vedra. This upscale oasis features three pools, a fitness center, an adults-only hot tub, and more for up to 6 guests. Guest memberships can be arranged for up to 7 days, and do require an additional fee with 2-week advance notice. Our cottage with a Beach Club membership adds up to the ideal combination of city and sand. ****Temporary membership applications are available and set up directly between the guest and the Beach Club. Their rates are currently $500+tax for up 7 days for 6 guests. Unfortunately, they don't offer day passes but you can choose to use it anytime within the 7 days. The St. Augustine Guest House has no affiliation with this arrangement. (ON HOLD AS OF 6/2024 - The Beach Club is currently going through Ownership/Management changes.
